I dont Care what one owns, I just dont think you should expect $1000 dollar quality from a $150 dollar gun. To say its just as good as........ Ect ........ Is just being a fanboy. I agree that they shoot, I just dont think they make a great range weapon for long term use. I think one would be fine for a self defense weapon that is used only as that, shot when needed. Now if you use it for a dedicated range gun, I dont feel it is reliable as a self defense weapon. I have thought of buying one to get my son interested in shooting and if he likes it he may want to learn more and find what works Best for him, I am just confident it won't be the HiPoint......... I also just wanted to let you fine people know that my comments are only ment in fun so lighten up.

It should be just in fun because it seems as though half of the posters don't have a clue what they are talking about anyway.

Everyone is laughing at me, I just might lose sleep tonight over that. I have a couple guys laughing at my choice of beer once, when I came out they were admiring my Lincoln Town Car. Like everything you have to decide what's really worth blowing money on. I have more expensive guns and I usually take some of those with me too.

Yeah it is sad but I posted it as a joke showing that you can post/find a pic of anything firearm related that has failed. The proof is in years of testing, customer base and popular use around the world. I won't buy a hipoint for anything other than a tacklebox gun.
