Is High Point improving their guns? I'm seriously thinking about buying one and testing it out this year.

Watch this video. I believe there are several videos by iraqveteran8888 on youtube pertaining to hi point torturing And holy crap did those hi points perform.

don't know about the pistols but love my 9mm carbine only problems i've had is little hard getting mags in from time to time

I did not think there was anything thing wrong with them. Other than ugly pistols.

Ugly as Sin ...however real owners report good things about them! Im told by real owners that their customer service is top notch! Emphasis is on real owners. Lots of haters out their!

I like to use budsgunshop.com reviews before I make a purchase on any gun. You have to actually buy the gun before a review can be submitted.. The .45 had a 4.9 out of 5 rating in 50+ reviews!! Im curious myself... Might have to throw one on the credit card to see. After all for $170 I wont feel too guilty if it fails my expectations

i had a jcp .40 from hi point no problems with the gun just magazines

Did they fix it for you? Or did you just buy a new mag? Im curious about their service... Somebody told me they sent theirs back with mild rust jn the barrel and they replaced the barrel and gave him a free mag too!

IMO they are in the limelight because of the fantastic value

and popularity of their 995TS and 4595TS carbines right now.

I'd consider getting a carbine. They are great fun with a red dot.


I shouldn't be surprised to see them radically change,

or discontinue their pistol line...

They would have to totally redesign their pistols for me to even consider one. I'm not a price snob, all of my handguns cost less than $700 new, but they all look good and are not top heavy. The only gun that I don't really care for the looks of that I own is my S&W 642, but that little guy serves a very specific purpose and it's one that High Point will never serve.
