Get a better grip when you shoot it.

What he said. Use a high grip. Also try using different ammo. My cf9 likes to eat it all, but yours might be different.

Some pistols will jam if not held tightly. How old is this pistol?

Some say the shooter has to shoot about 200 rounds before a new C9 settles in.

Although the highpoint is a blowback action, if you have too much play in your hand it will disapate some of the energy from the action. It happens more frequently in recoil opperated pistols. Just be aware of your grip and see if it helps.
