Hi-point .45auto Mag question

Can any Mag other than the standard .45 auto hi-point mag be used as a replacement (glock, beretta etc...) or does anybody know any do it yourself conversion that can be made to any other brand mags to make it fit in the Hi-Point .45 auto? Thanks... appreciate every feedback.

As a general guideline, never use a mag or ammo not intended for that model or manufacturer. Even when modded stuff doesn't work 100% of the time. That's how you can mess up a completely fine pistol. Just go mow a few more lawns and go buy a couple more clips.

Pillz79, why don't you jump over to the Introductions section and tell us a little about yourself?

No it wont work, its not like a colt .45 mag that will fit in a rock island. I used to have a .40 cal high point and the mag body was metal with a big plastic base plate, nothing else would fit in it because they were specific to that model.

For what it would cost to have it properly modified, you might as well just buy a couple more mags. It wouldnt be worth it, if you could find a gunsmith willing to do the job
