DefaultA good .40 caliber for concealed carry

I'm looking for a good recommendation for a .40 caliber pistol for concealed carry. I have a Glock 19 and it works really well for me. I was thinking about getting a Glock 23. Wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for a good concealed carry size .40 cal pistol. Thanks for the input.

XDM Compact...convertible from a full size 16 round range gun to an 11 round short grip for carry, all in one pistol. Springfield Armory - Introducing the XD(M)® Polymer Handgun

.....although it's not a single stack subcompact if that's what you want.

I'd vote for the Bersa .40S&W. They offer it in Ultra Compact (10+1) or High Capacity (13+1). Their Firestorm Mini .40 was my first pistol (same as the Thunder with cosmetic differences) & it's been perfect from day one.

I know some people don't like Taurus but I have the 740 Slim, no problems and no complaints. It is lite and concealable.

The glock 23 is a good choice and what I carry, although I'm really thinking about picking up one of the new G27 gen 4's. Besides the newly designed double recoil spring, I like the feature of being able to change the back strap to customize the fit.

The UC40 is my carry gun. Heck, I pocket carry it. I just love that gun.
