Big fan of the Browning Buck Mark.

My wife has the Ruger SR22 and it's a very nice gun.

Beretta Neos
A little space gun like but I bought one a couple of weeks ago. 600 rounds down range and not one issue.
Darn good for a 22 pistol.
Had a Sig 22 but couldn't get through 3 mags without a failure and I really like Sigs.

Another vote for the Ruger 22/45. Mine runs perfectly. Hardly ever clean it. It shoots anything I feed it. Everyone that has ever shot mine liked it a lot.

I say the Browning Buckmark. Mine is about 20 years old and has never had a ftf or a fte until my last range visit. It wasn't the guns fault though, a case spilt and jammed in the chamber. I knocked out out with a cleaning rod, checked the barrel and chamber and then put another 100 rounds through it with no more problems.
