Glock vs Sig

So g22 or p226? What do you guys think? Looking for a .40 full size. Am also interested in the beretta 96a1.

Go Sig or go home.

I would go SIG.

When I was making that choice, I bought an m&p. But the sig was a close second

Whatever fits your hand the best, whatever feels good in your hands and if you had the opportunity to shoot both, whichever you shoot best.

All things being equal, though, definitely the Sig.

Sig sig sig

I have both Sigs and Glocks I prefer Sigs in a major way. The only plus I have for my glock is I don't care about jamming it between the seats or tossing it in a glove box. Sig Sauers are a work of art. I consider Sigs my sports car where the glock is my beater work truck.

Yea but is sig really worth the premium price or is it just "the cool kid" on the block right now. Shot a glock growing up and it was a great gun never saw it fail once.

I think I get my Sig obsession because after my dads department switched from S&W revolvers they went to Sigs. Everyone I have ever shot is a great gun. Price is up there but I think they are worth it and most of them will hold value if you take care of them. That being said I have both Glocks and Sigs and they both have their purposes.

Sigs are great guns. I'm not much of a Glock fan, never felt good in my hand.

I would also recommend looking at the S&W M&P.

Best thing to do is hold each one and see what feels good in your hand, even better if you can find a range that rents them and take each for a "test drive".
