Default Glock 30 vs. Sig P220 carry (ccw purposes)

Which of these handguns is the better option for CONCEALED CARRY purposes and why?

the glock 30 is a compact the sig 220 is a full size. i rank the sig as a far better more reliable and more accurate gun than any glock.

check out the xdm compact 45.

it would be easier to conceal the glock.

it really comes down to what feels good to you.

my carry guns are:

ruger lcp which is always in my pocket even if im carrying a more effective pistol.

while i always have my lcp i cant always carry bigger guns but some of my carry guns when i can are in no special order:
colt new agent 45acp
colt commander lightweight 1911 in 45acp
beretta m9a1
beretta m9 inox compact
sig p220
xdm 45 compact
xdm full size 45acp
bersa thunder
colt 1911 series 70

P220 carry has a shorter barrel and slide than the full size but the same grip so concealing will be more of a challenge. Glock 30 will definitely be easier to conceal. You might want to check the glock 30s out since it has the slimmer slide. Both are excellent firearms and would serve you well. Gonna come down to personal preference.

Both are heavy, G30 fully loaded is a on the heavy side for a compact model and P220 is just because of how it's made. The G30 is definitely easier to conceal but there are better options out there. XDS45 is one of them. However, if your decision is based strictly on how well you can conceal the weapon the G30 will be the way to go.

I carry a G30SF off duty all the time, no problem concealing it for me...... I see there are Glock haters however they are accurate right out if the box, reliable, and durable !!

Glock hater?......hey I resemble that remark. I trust my Sig over any Glock for the same reasons JonM stated. I use to own a Glock 17, so I am not just talking out of my ass.

Please guys don't compare glock and sig. When sig makes a striker fired gun or glock makes a da/sa hammer fired gun then by all means compare them. Right now sig should be compared to the likes of hk or cz. Compare glock to m&p, fns, sr, xd and so one
