Glock 21 vs 1911
I'm trying to make my mind I was hoping to get some more opinions.
Glock 21 or a 1911? I've fired both and I like both. I just can't make up my mind.

Did you try one of the XD's? Maybe that would be a good compromise, tupperware but with a grip safety & more 1911-esque grip angle.

I'm a 1911 lover and I have a few nice ones that I carry all the time. There is also a 21 sitting in my safe right now that I NEVER carry. Why? Because trying to conceal a 21 is like trying to sneak a brick under your shirt. Also the grip is too big for me and it does not point naturally for me. Last but not least it is the ugliest gun in my safe by far (just personal taste).
That being said I think the 21 is a heck of a handgun and if it fit my hand and I could conceal it it would be on my belt all the time...

I know what you mean there both pretty sweet, the reason I got a 1911 are pretty simple. full metal, you can decock it without dry firing it, and the rounds it shoots. I really hate polimer lower with metal uppers.

i looked at a kimber with a polymer frame. for that kind of coin, i'll stick with my glock/1911 combo. (owning a g21 and a springer mil spec is cheaper)

Mine is a XD45tactical (means it has the 5" barrel ). It holds 13 in the mag. I haven't had any ammo-pickyness problems yet.

Only pic i can find ATM. It came in the foam-lined, plastic case with a couple of magazines, a "holster" (kinda minimalist but functional), a mag loading tool, and a little thing to hold two mags on your belt (do you really need 40 rounds on you). I would buy it again.

A Glock is a Glock, but I can accessorize a 1911 to be mine.

Uh......well.......uh.........the...........
Never mind.
If you have shot both and didn't notice the magnitude of differences I'm sure as hell not going to be able to convince you either way.
Good luck.
