There is a site for FTF sales/trades in Texas called "Texas Gun Trader". I believe there are similar sites for other states. You might try googling it with your state inserted.

Check online and see if you have a local "backpage.com" it is like Craigslist but has category called Sporting Equipment that is mostly local ads for firearms. I have bought a number of guns on Tucsonbackpage.com

I could make a list of a bunch of guns i have, or "have", or wish I had. Why would one feel compelled to provide that infornation freely? Do you feel the need to show off? Is it some immature game of oneupsmanship?

Why do you feel it necessary to list your guns?

yeah i use armslist.com, pretty decent site. i dont use craigslist as 1: tos says no posts about weapons [though hunting bows can be found on there] and 2: far too many people flake or no show, or dont read the entire post.

Backpage.com is pretty active in my area and is basically a Craigslist clone. Go to it select your state etc then on the bottom left go to sporting goods and you can post guns there. Like I said though its pretty active out here in the Las Vegas area but when I lived in Michigan nobody used it.
