Default Dull and dirty Nickel Plating - Like New Look Again

Best Way to clean and restore a Nickel finish (at least so it look decent) ?

It's really dull and dirty looking. Regular cleaning doesn't help.

Also try mothers metal polish, like you will find at autozone, walmart carries it too. It will work if the finish isnt to far gone

Rub with a good grade of toilet paper. Not the cheap stuff as it is too coarse. Not used either.
