I have several smaller pistols that I have used for cc that have worked out well for either pocket carry or jacket carry. Listed in order of most trusted/used by me. Good luck in your search.

1) Kimber Solo
2) Colt Mustang
3) Walther ppk/s

For fit and finish the PPK excels...but I've read the Bersa Thunder smokes the PPK for reliability.

I shot both the Walther and the Bersa before opting for the Walther. The Walther was just a better shooter for me and felt more solid. Plus the historical quality of the Walther did have a factor. I dont mind paying extra $$ for something I know will last. But to each his own. This is just one mans opinion. Enjoy whatever you select.

I recently acquired a P938. Way cool gun! I plan to carry IWB, but for now, it's winter, and there are a lot of options. If you're concerned about Condition 1, how about Condition 2?

To the OP why do you not want IWB carry. Carried correctly you never notice it's there. I carry an LC9 iwb everyday and almost forget its there most of the time.

I beg to differ.....P938 stabs me in the guts something fierce. I have been told having a nice big Milwaukee Tumor helps, but I will also be trying pants with a bigger waist.

For some of "us" there is barely enough room for "us" IWB!
I carry an LC9 as my EDC at work but on the weekends its dress up and I carry my P-10 its stylish without being "gauche"

I have no problem carrying my Kel Tec P-11 or my Charter 357 snub nose in my pocket. What scares me is people who pocket carry with no holster. Both my guns have a heavy trigger pull but the holster covering the trigger is another layer of safety. I am a tall man. The pockets might be larger on my pants than someone who wears an average size. I have never compared pocket size.
