A decocker is not something to play around with. If you are not qualified to work on the gun then call the manufacturer. Or you could just contact a local gunsmith. But dont ignore it. That could be an accidental discharge just waiting to happen.

CS=Customer Service. Call the maker, tell them the problem, ship it off and make them fix it. Enjoy the properly working gun.
