It's not an addiction, it's a neurosis.

And I'm more of a John Moses Browning disciple than a 1911 fanatic.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Ya i no the feelin'. Im working on getting another 1911 regent compact for my fiancee to CC. Im thinking since she works nights as a gas station manager it wld be a good idea. Plus my full size 1911s are a bit to big for her.

Its black matte finish with black rubber grips. The guy is asking $350 for it and 3 mags, and a small of the back holster.

You mentioned Desert Eagle and you mentioned .357 magnum-why don't you just get the Desert Eagle IN .357 magnum?

I never did like the Desert Eagle. It reminds me of the Colt Walker revolver regarding size, but the Walker is a revolver so it's still attractive to me regardless .

Honestly there is nothing practical about the desert eagle, but whenever you pull the trigger it is very impressive. For home defense I would look into a shotgun or maybe an ar15. Back on the topic of the desert eagle I have one and it is the most exciting handgun I have ever fired. Some may say that the 500 revolvers are more exciting, but they arent semi auto. If you have some extra cash around buy a desert eagle just for the heck of it. They are so impressive
