Cz is generally regarded as a good maker, but the lack of response is probably just because anyone familiar with that model may not have seen this thread yet. Hang in there, I'm sure someone will be along shortly!

Thanks, I was kinda bumping to give it a chance but oh well. I've read a lot of good stuff about it and CZ , this is my first experience with CZ and I'm a little nervous.

I'm not familiar with the model myself, but my step brother carries a compact model (non 75) but I can't remember the exact model. He carries it as a BUG, and he says he likes it more than the xd he used to carry. He carries an m&p now as his primary service pistol, but I haven't talked to him about it since he picked up the m&p.

I have a XD as well, great pistol but I guess I am looking for something a little different. I also bought it because 9mm is much easier to train with, I don't shoot enough and want to do so a lot more to work the kinks out of my grip and trigger follow through.

I have the CZ P 07 and have to say that so far, it's been great to shoot. are you getting the .40 or the 9mm? I have the .40 and it's a bit snappy, but that's just because the gun is fairly light.

I'll be honest though, I'm actually thinking about selling/trading it, but it's no fault of the gun, just the only .40 that I have and I shoot my 9mm's and .45's more.

I bought the 9mm. I have two 40s already and didn't see the need to buy another right yet. I'm going tomorrow to shoot a little bit so Ill be able to give a opinion on that then. So far I have no complaints other than the mag drop but I knew about that going into it.

I have several CZ pistols, I did have a P-07 but ended up selling it. The only reason I got rid of it was that I could not find a holster for the gun (I bought it when they just came out on the market). Great gun.

The XD Sub Compact Serpa holster fits it decent. CZ is selling a plastic number as well. I'm just partial to Serpas.
