Default Cz 75 SP-01 tactical

I have a chance to buy one for $640, can anyone tell me their experience with this gun? Pros and cons.

I have one of these, for me the grip is good, I love the CZ 75 Sp-01 Tactical, I also have the CZ75 Police and several other CZ's. the CZ rail system on their pistols are a inner slide grove which helps on recoil and accuracy. Which i agree with. The older models have a few cons but the Newer ones I have no cons to tell you about.

they are very good pistols, I also have the Compact Rami. Awesome cc gun.

Thanks guys, looking to throw on a ctc rail master pro. So i can get the laser and light combo for home defense. Also looks like a great range gun.

I've got two of them, set up for USPSA Production division. Out of the box they are a little rough, with a heavy double action
trigger and a so-so single action. Mine are 6 lbs DA and 2 lbs SA with a short reset, and they run 100%. Took a while
and a few bucks to get them to that point--and the first time you try to put a de-cocker cage back together make sure
there are no old ladies, young children or pets within earshot.

Yeah sounds like a solid gun. As i would like to buy the sp-01 shadow target but that gun is impossible to find. So next best thing is the tactical model.

I want either less corruption or more opportunity to participate in it.

Automatic Accuracy just had a couple in stock a last week I think. I'm sure they're gone now though.

Almost anything with CZ in the name, you can't go wrong buying.

That's overpriced. But it's an extremely good gun. I only label the price unfair because I've had a couple chances to land them for $500 or less.

Great gun though. CZ does it right. Also look into the $500-ish (new) CZ P-09 in 9mm or 40sw. Similarly excellent gun to the SP-01. The P-09 comes with night sights and is just plain great at the price.
