I have the CZ 75B in .40. Great gun, reliable and accurate. Not sure I like the caliber all that much though. I have the DA version and after a long range session the trigger reset is harsh and makes my finger sore. Also, the recoil is a bit snappy. I love the gun, but wish I had gotten it in 9mm. I shoot my Browning Hi-Power a lot more than my CZ. You won't be disappointed if you get one though. I bought mine almost 4 years ago for $480.00 OTD.

Are you talking the CZ-40B or CZ-40P? I have the CZ-40P and love it. Considering selling it though only because my fiance needs a smaller carry gun.

Accurate and reliable and I love the way CZs feel anyway. A really overlooked gun.

I have no experience with the CZ-40. But every experience I've had with CZ has been really positive. I'm a huge CZ 75 honk, and have come away extremely impressed after shooting various other CZ pistols, bolt rifles, shotguns, and a couple Dan Wesson 1911s.

My experience is that they offer very high quality products at reasonable prices. The three metal framed, high capacity, full size service type pistols that impress me the most are the Sig P226 ($800), Browning Hi-Power ($900), and CZ 75 family ($500-650). I have all three. Regardless of price, I actually prefer the CZ.

Haven't had any issues. Yeah I agree on those three pistols you mentioned. I also have a Valor 1911. Best 1911 I've ever owned.
