My first gun was a 1956 Ruger MKI and its pretty finicky with ammo too. Hates anything Winchester but eats up federal.

I'll stick with the current Mk pistols over that. I'm more interested in the new 22/45 Lite. Mainly because I want a 22/45 with a threaded barrel. Not a fan of the gold receiver though. Hopefully they offer it in black or blue later.
