I have a FNX40, solid pistol, but I wouldn't choose it over a Sigp220.

Do you plan on throwing a tac light on your handgun? If so that narrows your choices.

All those companies are solid, but if I had pick it would be the CZ75B if you don't plan on slapping a tac light on it.

Out of the list you provided, I'd probably go with the CZ 75.

Out of that list CZ-SP01 or SIG. If it is for a carry gun, then probably the 75B. The first two are heavy and the SIG is a bit thick. The 75B is a bit heavy as well.

You may want to expand your horizons a little, and shoot a bunch more first.

Do you even have a decent .22 target pistol yet?

What is the intended use for it?

If the SIG is new that is a good price.
