Great gun, I love my P-01. I believe crossbreed and Comp-Tac both make IWB holsters that will fit your CZ.

A little advice.

While researching a handgun for competition and carry, do the same with the holster and mag or speedloader carrier.

While there are holsters designed to be generic enough to carry different brands and models out there, they may not be the best choice.

Impulse buying of a handgun could lead to extensive searching for a holster with slim chances of getting the best one.

I have a BladeTec belt holster for my Shadow and it works well. I only use it for competition and not carry.

Not sure what danf is getting at. There are PLENTY of holsters available for the P-01. In addition to Comp-Tac and Crossbreed look at Blade-Tech, Kholster, Theis, High Noon, Galco, Remora. There are many others, these are just a few makers that popped into my head and I checked websites...sure enough, the P-01 showed up on all of them.
