Forgot to mention, Reed's Ammo sells defensive 9mm largo ammunition. I've never shot it, but their website shows some impressive results. All surplus 9mm Largo is FMJ.

Buy Star Super instead. It looks like 1911 and is built like a tank. They could be found for close to $200-250. Very accurate and pleasant. Then buy a couple of cases of ammo from Sarco. Savings in ammo price will pay for the gun.

Well, I am a sucker for a 1911.
I checked out Sarco and was surprised at all that they had.
