as others and myself have suggested, seek the counsel of an attorney. see your family doctor or health care provider. be honest and upfront not only with them, but yourself as well.

we are not lawyers or doctors and we don't know you personally so we can't make an assessment of your mental health and what your condition is or what your background or past was like. personally, i don't want to know, because it's none of my business, nor anyone else's here. that's something very personal between you and your doctor and your lawyer to discuss.
