Mountainman,

I am with you! I think the law is more than appropriate should a person committing a felony cross the threshold of a residence, dwelling or property to commit the crime. The victims are going to suffer enough due to the act of nature and the normal losses. Let alone some dirt bag entering their dwellings and property to steal items that they have worked hard for. Bottom line in my opinion being a retired LEO they get what they deserve in these cases. No sympathy at all on this end! (TS!) Obvioulsy without the almost permissive laws benefiting the criminal implemented by the liberals in our government there would be much less crime in the USA. And especialy if those committing the crime had a perception that there was a good possibility that they might not be going back home due to committing the crime!
