I don't agree with this BS but there is a law about shooting in a residential neighborhood.
The cool thing is that the DA office dropped ALL CHARGES.
So...NH doesn't suck as bad as NY after all.

Ammo-wise, i can remember getting pissed the first time the clerk asked if i was 21 to buy pistol ammo (for the .38 in my glovebox, legally in my glovebox).
I know you like the cz52. I love mine.surplus ammo seems to have dried up. Let me know if you find some. Down to about 200 rounds.

You'll have a hard time finding one that's worse. Pick at random and your chances are about 47 out of 49 of improving!

Not a problem Downsouth. I was raised to help others when possible. I just don't want another person to wind up going through what I did. Especially a person that I like.

True. I think my odds would still be good even if I put a map of the US on a dart board and let 'er rip. I'm pretty much bound to hit a better state than the one I live in.

You guys talking about moving, good luck to you, you will be better off on many levels, the taxes, the class of people, and gun laws. Unfortunately, I have a large extended family that loves NY, a any are not gun owners, and I am tied to a business that requires serious attention, I own a building in NYC and can't take it with me if I go.

I am praying for the reciprocity bill to pass, I'll move to Florida, get my carry permit then "visit" New York to collect my rent and live in my vacation home. Wink! I am saving my pennies to pay a lawyer to get my carry permit in NYC, $3,500 for the guy to represent me, but he's the best.

While not problem free....the whole gun ownership/carry/buy/etc....thing....well..There's NYC and downstate, then there's upstate. No, not a gun owner's paradise, but excluding NYC and all it's bs..upstate is not that much more restictive/paranoid about guns than a bunch of other states
