Seems like a good place for them.

They would make trees illegal before you tried anything.

Oh don't worry. They would quickly find a way to make anything you might use illegal.

What, forcing someone to drown is already illegal?? Oh. Right. That's called murder. Well I guess we solved the "violence" problem in America. Just make it illegal!

In order for the battle to go to the higher courts of appeal and the law to be ruled unconstitutional, the plea has to be not guilty.

These cases are all going to be appealed no matter what the judge rules. One of them is very likely to make its way to the Supreme Court in the next few years. Hopefully they'll make the right decision.

What did somebody forget to engage their safety and shoot the dogs front teeth out? Or are we blaming that on the Glock shooters?

There is property available in Mississippi. Open carry and car carry require no permit here; concealed carry requires a fairly easy-to-get permit. No mag capacity limits here.

Run them out, or run out yourself.

http://www.fsbotupelo.com/1201ClaytonAve.html Not my style, but how much would it cost in NYS ($237,000 in Tupelo, MS)?
That house makes me want to move. Great attention to detail throughout. I especially loved the diving board for the trampoline.

I will move when I find a good price on 100 or plus acres..... In the mean time I fight with and support all fellow NY'ers

That is only part of the answer, and one possible outcome. here is a link to the NYSP guide to enforcing the "SAFE" Act, which was released 5 days before the arrest. In the magazine laws section, it clearly states that if there is no other apparent breaking of the law, the police do not have the right to check the number of rounds in your magazine.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/174855115/New-York-State-Police-SAFE-Act-Field-Guide

Since the driver of the car was the person accused of a crime, and the passenger was not breaking any other law, the officer had no call to count the number of rounds in the magazine. Grounds for dismissal: Unlawful search and seizure.
