Default NYS man arrested

http://www.wivb.com/news/local/traffic-stop-leads-to-safe-act-arrest

yes folks.. for having 3 bullets more than what other people think he needs to have. welcome to NYS now bend over!

by far the best part of the story!

Wojdan said, “It's our right to bare arms. It shouldn't be a 10-round limit. My magazine should have held 17. But they have taken away our rights and, they're trying to take away more day by day and I'm tired of it.”

of a grieving mother
at the graveside of her fallen son.

You guys gotta get those fools like bloomerberg out of your state, or find someplace else to call home.

There is property available in Mississippi. Open carry and car carry require no permit here; concealed carry requires a fairly easy-to-get permit. No mag capacity limits here.

Run them out, or run out yourself.

http://www.fsbotupelo.com/1201ClaytonAve.html Not my style, but how much would it cost in NYS ($237,000 in Tupelo, MS)?

Where I'm at that house would probably be between 700,000 and 900,000

Tupelo has some local manufacturing, some nice parks in-town and a state park (with disc golf) right outside of town. I'm not sure if the community college is still good or not, but it isn't far to Ole Miss. Their Waffle House is top notch.

Also, birthplace of Elvis. Just sayin.

Might be a difference in gross wages, but probably not much difference in disposable income.

Paul Wojdan pleaded not guilty Wednesday morning for violating the controversial New York Safe Act.
I dont get this. Am I stupid? Even I can count to 10 or 7 which ever is needed.

Why does someone plead "not guilty" when the new law clearly states 7 rounds and he had 10 in his gun? It is not about fighting the law but lets get serious about how we go to battle. He IS guilty and should plead that way.

If the law needs to be changed it is a different battle.

Can't he plead "not guilty" on the basis of some flaw in that law?

The home of Elvis and a good waffle House. Now that is a Real Estate pitch I have never heard.

If they get run out they would have to go somewhere! Kalifornia is bad enough, I don't want them here! And I doubt anyone else wants them either . . .
