I think there will always be shootings no matter what law they make, but the only difference is if they take our rights away from us it would be only the bad guys with guns, and lets face it most bad people don't kill with legal guns

And also it is the media reporting more of them now I think cause they want people to believe what laws they are trying to pass is right.

If the guy used Hollow Points in NJ he can be charged with a separate felony for each bullet he possesses!
That is some of the stupidest crap I have ever heard of. As a LEO I can only say that if any LEO in NJ arrests ANYONE for violating stupid laws like theses he is in direct violation of his oath!!!!
