Call the Chief, that doesn't work call the city council, then the Mayor, then your Assemblymen and Senator. All else fail find a lawyer to file a morion to enforce the "shall issue" clause if the law. If you haven't already done so join the New Jersey 2A Society.
Senate will be holding hearing on the bills Sweeney introduced today. Show up and testify about your experiences with a simple address change.
