Picked this up today, it's a gift for my daughter who's moving to Pittsburg in the Spring. Was getting nervous about having my "little girl" so far away. Feeling a little better now!
I bought myself the LCR357 for Christmas. FANTASTIC gun! Best DA trigger I've every felt and handles the recoil surprisingly well. My daughter shot it over the holidays and really liked it. Both her and my son, in fact.

When I was first cleaning the gun I noticed that with the cylinder open the trigger could still be fully pulled (i.e., to release the internal hammer). I called Ruger and they arranged for a pre-paid pick up and return to the factory for repair. 13 days round trip. A little longer than I'd expected but not terrible. And it now works like a champ.
