If no one buys it from the guy marking it up he will stop buying it all.

I'm active duty military. I'm in Japan at the moment training. Little hard to get ammo out here. Only home couple weeks a year and I like to shoot. I'm resorting to having friends pick up a couple boxes every shipment from lgs

I dont know about where you are but most places around here you have to be there when the truck comes in. It may be a little hard for most ppl that work 1st shift to get there before others. Just saying.

The price of anything on arms list is a joke!!! Once in a great while I will see a gun priced halfway reasonable. All those AR type rifles that were flying off the shelf after Sandy Hook are now appearing as NIB for 2-3 times what the seller paid for them.

I like Hi-points very much. I like the warranty and its a great gun for $120 to $159. I did see one at the local shop on consignment. The seller wanted $300 for it, never been fired. mean while there was a S&W Sigma, which I also really like, on consignment for $250 with only 200 rounds thru it. I do not know who these dorks are trying to sell these firearms for double what they paid for them or even triple. If I ran into one of them I would have to give them a nice crack upside the cheek. These are the same people that will see your wife on the side of the road with a flat tire, stop and try to charge them $50 to change the tire instaed of being a decent person and doing it for nothing more than, Thank you. That is worth it in my book.

I have purchased a gun from Bersa, which came with one magazine. I did not like it because it was not visibly advertised. In a communication with their rep it was stated that they would not be able to make a profit otherwise. That prompted me to make a comparison. Comparing 24 ounce $450 handgun with 3300 lbs 30000 car, weightwise handgun is 30x more expensive. I do not disaprove free market pricing, but hearing sob story about lack of profits makes me wonder.
