Texas is a great state. but i also tend to think every state in this country is great, even California, if it weren't for some of the politics and stupid gun laws. every state has their own unique history and culture. every state has their pro's and con's. there are beautiful sights and some downright ugly sights in every state in this country.

i happen to think Texas is a great state, because this where i make my home. but for me, that could be any state where i lived. i have visited many different states over the years, California included and have seen some wonderful sights. i was born in Colorado, grew up in Texas, but i am an American by birth and a Texan by choice!

Well I also live in Kalifornia. I'm not as familiar with the NY gun laws as I prolly should be, but I have a basic understanding.

My opinion is NY is currently worse, but there's still hope to get them changed over there, and to kick the idiots out of office. I see absolutely zero such hope in Kalifornia. In my opinion, that makes Kalifornia worse, long term.

Plus, it kinda seems like these gun grabbers like to compete with each other. Kali has a 10 round limit? NY doesn't wanna be outdone, so they enact a 7 round limit. Kalifornia used to enjoy being the worst state for gun owners; I doubt they will take this right hook from NY politicians sitting down.

Also Kalifornia kinda has a super majority of liberals in the state legislature, so they can pass whatever terrible gun laws they want.

Like I said, I have no hope. It's really a terrible place to live for those of our ilk.

Heat, anything you post to a forum or FaceBook is public knowledge that can be found by a Google search. If you have an interest in firearms, and may use one one day to defend your life, it is a good idea not to talk about an interest in marijuana. I'll assume your comment referred to your youthful indiscretions and that you no longer use illegal narcotics. .
