I guess you people do not understand . when you live in Canada .your firearms have to be locked up in gun safe along with any ammo. So if a intruder breaks in my home .We are not allowed to defined are self with a gun .and if we do have time to unlock are guns and unlock are Ammo .guess who is going to jail and by the way if the intruder is dealt with to much force he can also sue you and you got it he will win . so if you can not coax him out the door with the broom . you might as well help him carry out any thing that he wants to take. Well said trapper. I hate how true that last part is.
My line of defense is living far from the city and makin my place look shady so no one cares to see what's inside
Thanks for the correction cause my memory fails me. I had and sold a 629 in 44 mag. What instill have a love is a 686 in 357 with a 6" barrel.
That 686 is an awesome firearm. I had two and when the eldest daughter found out she "borrowed" one. "Dad, you know you can't shoot two at once." I've changed my front sight on the remaining one to a green fiber optic and I like it.
Has everybody heard about the pepper spray sentries. They have one for the wall. It sprays when you walk by. There is also a ceiling one that sprays down a cloud. Looks like a big smoke detector. Of course you active it for the night. Saw it in a home defense magazine from the states.
Told my wife we need to get some of those sentries then she reminded me of how many times I forgot the security alarm was on and I accidentally set it off. Think I'll stick to firearms.
