I go with the Hi Point .45, you could even use it as an anchor if needed! I have one on my boat. It will get the job done it needed, Plus, if you lose it over the side, it will not be a big monetary loss.

I vote revolver with the first three rounds loaded with shot shells, maybe even one of the .410 shotgun revolvers like the Taurus Judge, stainless and very regularly cleaned.

That was my thought as well. Or a SS 357 with snake shot rounds.

Looks like orangello is trying to set off every alarm the FBI has going. The only thing he is missing is "president"

Revolvers with bird shot??

You guys think these guys are boarding your boat to date you?

You can't stop a threat with a Public Service Announcement.

You need to shoot them until THEY think they're dead!

Want a boat-gun?

Get one of these Mossy 500:

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Navy life boats all used to be packed with a couple of .45s. But

I vote the mossberg marineer. I guess it depends on if you're talking 'boat' or 'Ship'.

On a boat, your pistol will do, on a ship (thts a big boat with comaprtments) get the mossberg.
