I'd ask her what about the KelTec she doesn't like. It may not be the round but the gun itself. Maybe she'd prefer a better trigger? Maybe a simple Hogue grip wrap would solve her issues with it. Perhaps the Beretta Tomcat 3032. Same round, much better trigger, metal frame...

Why does she not want the 9mm or a 380? Recoil issues? Is that why she doesn't like the 32 she has?

Maybe a larger gun is all she needs. A Bersa Thunder in 380 is a larger but still purse sized gun. Good for recoil consumption with more defensive power than current gun.

Or if she really wants to dumb down the round she can go with a 25 auto like the Beretta Jetfire 750BS. Great single action trigger with safety. Can be carried cocked/locked, uncocked, or half-cocked. This is my daily go to now simply because of ease of carry. It's no distance defender, but as a gut buster is hard to beat. One of the smallest guns there are & the smallest 1911-like gun there is.

Yowza! Now I feel undergunned! Lol

If she weren't a she is question her motives for carrying so many, like compensation for something else. Lol week you must be a very proud hubs!

I'm wondering about the mix of calibers though...
I would at least try to stick with one round.

I no longer have a wife, but I do have a GF (the best way to go BTW). She carries a S&W .38 Spcl. I carry nothing but my intellect.

My wife carries a S&W model 19 ,357 magnum with 2 1/2 inch barrel.

Loaded with Federal 125 gr .357 JHPs, she can keep all six in the head of an FBI "Q" at 7 yards, double action.
(Of course, I had a master pistol smith do about $75 worth of work on the trigger.)

I always get a kick out of the looks we get when the younger folks at the range see the little gray haired 68 year old lady putting them in the head, rapid fire!

My wife carries a Taurus Protector Poly 38spl+p. Its a very light gun to carry and is currently loaded with Federal 125gr.+p. I think the barrel is 2.5'' and she can actually hit pretty good with it, for a girl.

What does she carry?????

Me home after I drank too much.

She carries a PPK/s in .380 (she has so much she carries in her purse that the weight of the PPK/s is nothing.)

My wife also carries a PPK/S, though she occasionally carries a Glock 27.

My big question is, what doesn't she like about her .32? Answering that and letting her handle as many other guns as possible should put you on the right track.

My wife carries a Walther PPS in 9mm. She used to carry it IWB 5 o'clock, but now that she is pregnant she carries it in a belly band holster.
