Having just got back into firearms last year, I'm just starting over. But with that I'm only focused on acquiring 1911s. I may add older single action cowboy guns if I find them right. Always wanted to have some since I was a kid.

Other collecting? Omg, where to start?!? Don't get to buy like I used to now that we have 3 kids who's primary function is to spend our money. LoL. My collecting obsessions include:

Vinyl records
Mid-century modern furniture & art
Vintage/antique woodworking hand tools
Vintage chronograph watches

There's more, but those are and were the biggest.

Oh man, I was about to go out and buy a t.v. Then you said "...one guy..." intimating that the show is pretty much about a bunch of weird guys. Let me know when they get to the women.

And a nod to Longballer-mid century furniture is the best. I'm getting ready to move into my own house for the first time in about 17 years. I'm going to slowly be furnishing it with mid-century stuff. Very hard to find in Tennessee. I guess I'll be paying lots of shipping. Timeless stuff.

Where in TN? I'm downsizing and know a few secret spots down there.

I have a lot of guns but the only thing I really collect are Thomas Kinkade paintings and my own drawings.

How nice. Interesting to see how people think and even shift priorities over time.

Thank you all for sharing.

I have passions for other 'things' as well. I like older books on shooting, guns and shooters; music (vinyl records and now CDs); and a few bits of original art from people I know or have met. I don't have any Rembrandt works yet ...

Mine is CZ and CZ-Clone centered. If CZ made pistols chambered in all the goodies EAA does, it would probably be CZ-only.

If you ask my wife, she would say I collect too much.

Aside from firearms, the list includes:

Silver
Knives (temporarily in hiatus)
Books
St. Louis Cardinals SGA

That is it mostly. I haven't bought a gun in 5 months so the itch is getting strong.
