Yes. They are the same round. They all will be loaded no hotter than SAAMI specs. Dimensionally there is no difference. Some may be lower pressure but will still function in the gun.

You may find the odd European round that is loaded hotter for SMG use. These rarely are marked as 9mm on the head. Normally they will just have a series of letters and numbers indicating the country of origin and year of manufacture. Most hot 9mm ammo will either have a black painted tip (armor piercing) or a silverish colored bullet (cupro-nickel jacket). As long as it has a copper jacket, you can be 99 1/2% sure it is safe in your gun.

Not true, CIP specs the 9mm Luger at almost 1 kPSI lower than SAAMI does the 9mm Parabellum.
