Walther P22 and Federal ammunition?
 

Hey guys I just picked up a Walther P22 for shooting at the range and I general use Federal Champions with the .40 and have no problems so I picked up a bulk set (roughly 550 bullets) of Federal .22 Long rifle 36 grain hollow point high velocity ammunition but I saw some reviews of people saying they really suck and some saying they encounter no problems. Does anyone have there own personal opinion?

I believe that is what I had in my P22.... Never had an issue with the weapon or ammo.

I don't own a P22 but I have shot a number of them and they all seemed to eat whatever we fed them. Never had a problem with Federal bulk 22s either, I've got a couple thousand right now.

Ok, good deal. I am probably going to go to the range tomorrow and try the gun out, I cant wait!

I dunno about the P22, but my Ruger Mk III sometimes gets picky about hollowpoints, and it feeds Federal Spitfire just fine.
