used kahr cw9
I am looking for my first handgun. I was in my lgs the other day and the showed me the kahr cw9. Really liked the feel in my hands seeing I have a smaller Palm size. I couldn't see any wear marks or scratches. The gun looked like New and comes with the papers and the case. It has only has 1 owner and they are asking 399, is this a fair price for this gun?

Short answer ---Yes

You can get a new one at Sportsmans Whorehouse for 369. I got the cw40 there for 369 also. Wish I had gotten the 9 though.

Wish there was one of those in ny but no luck

$399 is a pretty good price. When they had them here they were about that price, maybe a bit more. Thing about ordering online is you've got $20 to ship it, $25 to receive it. So whatever the price, add $45-$50 to get it in hand. Also, it never hurts to ask if that's the best price. When I bought my wifes KelTec P32 it was priced at $225. I asked if that was the best they could do, and they sold it to me for $175. Worst that can happen is they say no

Way to much money when new ones can be bought for $375 at our local general store. But it ain't in NY.

Yea I'm sure you could find one cheaper outside of ny but that doesn't really help me but thx anyways

Sounds pretty good to me. You could search all over for a better deal. Go ahead if you want to take the time, but convenience has value as well.
I have the Kahr PM9 and carry it every day. It is about the same size if I remember correctly. These are primarily concealed carry pocket guns. Typically, guns of this size are not very comfortable to shoot; but I've found the PM9 to be more comfortable than many others of the same size on the range. |
