The 40S&W is a LE/defensive cartridge. It is not for high scores. A 9 or a 45 are easier to shoot by most accounts. Cops qualify with it and feel confident about it. The study I mentioned is NOT BALLISTICS. It is the actual reports of police shootings, like how many hits it took to neutralize the threat. Or, what are the chances of a single 9mm incapacitating the subject, compared to a 40.

Come on mate! All eyes are on us! You CAN do it!

You saw many who were shot with non expanding rounds if you worked the ER. (Been there, done that, saw that, and have the scars to prove it) When I said there is very little difference I was referring to the use of the BEST SD ammo available in those calibers, and stand by that.
I have personally witnessed MANY people shot with all of the calibers who survived. The 45 is no better than any other, as matter of fact I have seen more survive the 45 hits than other calibers.

What did somebody forget to engage their safety and shoot the dogs front teeth out? Or are we blaming that on the Glock shooters?

Because caliber discussions are typically a circle-jerk waiting to happen

That's what I've noticed in my year and a half on FTF. I generally avoid these threads because they remind me of pro wrestling lol. Or watching talking heads on cable news
