Anybody mention Kahr arms striker fire pistols? Yankee Marshall is crazy about them. The improved Glock and all that.

I'm pretty sure HK has striker fired options, as does Walther...

Have you looked at the Nambu? Besides a history it won the honor of being the most accurate pistol of all its contemporaries! Ammo is a little hard to find and expensive but isn't it all these days?

Taurus makes good low cost striker fired pistols. I have a 24/7 g2 45acp its excellent, its the only striker fired ive had with a safety and a decocker, great gun for a nice price

The M&P has been mentioned...as it should be! But S& W also makes a low cost SD striker fired in 40 and 9....I love it. heavier trigger than the M&P but still very nice firearm.

With all due respect if your talking about the Ruger LC9, it's a striker fired as is the Sig P250. So is the Taurus PT 740 and PT 709. The Ruger LCP and Taurus TCP are also striker fired.
