Mk25 is striker fired? I wasn't aware they made one that was striker fired. Isn't that the Navy version of the P226?

Beretta makes the BU9 Nano. That is a striker fired 9mm subcompact. I love mine. My review is in the articles section of this website. It's a great little striker fired pistol, acts a bit larger than it is. No where as much felt recoil like the Ruger LCP or 9 and super easy to conceal.

I believe the Navy version of the P226 is simply called the P226 Navy.

The P226 Navy and the MK25 are the same, it is NOT a striker fired pistol.
The P250 is NOT a striker fired pistol.

Bersa makes a BP9cc that is striker fired.
Taurus makes the 24/7 and Pro series.

What about the FN pistol? Nobody has mentioned it. Believe it's the FNS with the 's' meaning striker. FN makes a great product.

Did they change there minds? I know there was talk of the P250 adopting a striker fire system.

This^.

I gotta ask, why the fixation of striker fired pistols? There are plenty of great pistols with metal frames and proper hammers with decent triggers.

I don't think the OP was fixated on striker fired pistols rather just trying to get up to speed on what striker fired pistols were on the market today.
