Why would I want to destroy my hard drive?? The NSA has all this stored anyway.
I wonder if they would let us use their files to restore ours if we crash!

No reason to sign up for Carbonite now. Just call Obama.

Now is a bad time to consider starting an ammo stash. Just buy enough to shoot until things loosen up. Even in the republik of kaliforniastan there will be deals on ammo in the future.

Plus I'm expecting the used firearm market to look pretty promising in a couple of years. Put back some cash so you can take advantage of it.

This is already happening in my area . Alot of people over paid for ARs and AKs 2-3 X of what they were worth and they couldnt afford them to begin with . I know one that paid $1500 and is now trying to sell it for $750 just to recoupe some money back . Thats a hard lesson to swallow if you ask me . The people that wanted me to build one for them during that time , I told them to just wait and it will all come back to normal and guess what . I saved all of them but one alot of money

Personally, I'm a reloader so I don't buy much factory ammo. Just defensive loads, and rifle/shotgun rounds, as I only reload for pistol rounds currently.

My goal, which I am nowhere near to reaching, is enough reloading supplies on hands for three years worth of shooting for 9mm and .38 Special / .357 Magnum, and whatever other calibers I choose to acquire in the future.

I currently have about nine boxes of 20ga on hand, and around 1k .22 LR. None is enough for the amount of shooting I want to do, though.

I used to have an adequate supply of ammo & a few guns, before the wildfire burned up everything!
