Just my 2 cents
I can get shield cheaper than the m&pc! I opted out of both and went with the xd it is the service model. Shouldn't be to hard to conceal a lot bigger than the two i mentioned but i love it. I would have got the xds but wanted a better deal. 450 otd isn't to bad for nib. I'm very happy. But thanks guys.

Not a bad price. Glad you're happy with your purchase.

Good luck concealing that monster! I'm sure you can figure something out.

Thank you. I sure hope so. It will more than likely be the winter carry though

I have both and the Shield is definitely thinner and a little lighter than the SR9c. You give up 3 rounds for the thinner pistol. The Shield with the 8 round mag a little more concealable and comfortable than the SR9c with the finger extension. The SR9c takes a 17 round mag as well as the 10 but it is not nearly as concealable. Both shoot very well and I have had no malfunctions with either. My wife also has the SR9c so they would likely be our shft handguns for their sharing capability.
