Default Spent Brass

I have a bunch of spent brass not deprimed. Whats the going rate for spent brass. Is it sold by the piece or ounces?

Pistol is usually per 500 or per 1000. Rifle is another story.

Brass by the piece is often 3 to 10 cents(depends on caliber) for pistol brass at gun shows or dealers. Rifle brass by the piece varies alot by caliber. Or about $1.50 per pound at the salvage yard.
Just walking on the edge of of my grave.
