(I know I beat this dead horse all the time, but I love love love this gun.)
IIRC isn't that the P14? I've shot one and loved it too. It feels funny the first time when you count 8 shots fired and you still have half a mag on board!

I've got a Sig P238HD and just bought a P938 last night. Mine came with a six round mag and the extended 7 rounder and factory Hogue grips. So 7+1 in 9mm. Feels great in the hand. This is now my concealed carry gun.

Finally decided. An LWRC M6A2 SPR with 14.7 inch barrel and a break pinned and welded, completely ambidextrous lower. Oh, and a Wilson Combat XTAC Compact. Hell yes. I'll have them in 4 years at the latest. Hopefully. Let's see if I change my mind before that. Check back in a week or so...

I'm thinking about picking up a SR9C for my wife so I can have my Glock 19 back!

Well I can't love my Glocks on this forum. Or at least I can't admit it. It'd be like admitting to frenching Miley Cyrus or having a crush on Moochelle Obummer.

No,..you can,...you'll just be labeled a Glock Fan Dweeb.!! ;-) No seriously, No Personal issue for me. I'm not into em, they don't "feel" right to me,...but No Hate towards anyone who does Love Em & use em. Just wondered why if they are so great why is everyone selling their "Gen 1's & 2's" and not Keeping them? I have 4 1911's & 4 "92's"......

They didn't feel right to me either when I started shooting them. It wasn't by choice. Now I've been told I have "glockholm" syndrome. LoL

Glocks are like a line of mud tires. They're all the same gun designed the same way to do the same thing, just in different sizes. They all look identical. So why keep an old model if you've got a new one?

Gen 3s are also known as FGRs. Gen3 is when Glock introduced Finger Groves and Rail, FGR. These are better for modern applications. Most people who had Gen1s and Gen2s switched when the Gen3 came out in 1998. The difference between Gen3 and Gen4 is much less significant so fewer people are selling Gen3s to go to Gen4.

Recently though, Gen2s and especially Gen1s are becoming more sought after by Glock collectors. Many times they can be the same price or more compared to a used Gen3.
