I'm thinking about either a Springfield Armory Champion 1911 .45 ACP 4" or a S&W 686 .357 4".

Me, I'll buy buy whatever I can get a deal on. Where I live we still trade guns over breakfast.

I use the G26 for everyday Carry. Great gun and conceals in about anything! Love the Ruger as well! How much did you pay for the Ruger, if you don't mind me asking? One of many on my wish list-

Next gun?

It's a toss up between a sig sauer scorpion (1911) or a Remington 700

I'm in process of selling several of the collectable Guns MY Uncle & Dad left me, so we don't have "financial" issues in the near future, as we have to appeal the wife's Disability denial, and we don't want to wipe out the wife's IRA or My TDA

So far, sold are: 100th Annv. Colt SAA(45LC) 1973-Presentation box with # certificate. Colt made only 1,000 of these in '73
Colt 75th Annv. 1911(1986) Presentation Box with # certificate.

1892 & 1889 Krag-Jorgensen .30-40 Rifles

1903 Springfield rare Strait Stock .30-06, Used in WW1, the one I kept(we had 2-sold 1) was carried by my Great Uncle in the Marines in WW1. M1 Garand my Dad bought in the Early 60's from the CMP(still had 8 En=Bloc CLIPS with it!)

Still selling(through one of my LGS' on GB)
2 Rem. 870's-1-12 Ga. with 2 Tubes & 1-20Ga(my 1st Shotgun!) with interchangeable Youth & adult stocks.

1-Walther P-38 WW2 that Uncle bought at a gun show in the 50's
1-Walther ppk in 380, West German PD issue from the 1960's
(both were in my uncle's collection)
Gave my Uncle's Ruger Blackhawk 357 & Dad's Security Six to my wife, and also kept My Dad's Colts, 1 Det. Sp., One Cobra, and one King Cobra(3"-357) Plus My Python(6") and Dad's Other commerative, an Auto-Ord. 1911, and his First 9mm Duty gun(and his last, as he passed in 1987) his Ruger P-85....
Gotta make some moves but couldn't stand to part with it all, plus the Wife wouldn't let me sell them all...

We already bought Several new Guns this summer, so nothing for now, and prob. not until next year assuming we're all still here next year.....
