Me too. It'll prolly be a good snubbie wheel gun in .357 Magnum (LCR, J frame?) or another spontaneous purchase....

I'm currently fixated on the a Beretta 70S or 71, .22 semi. Short barrel version at 3 3/4" would suit me fine. It's a classic, but they're not cheap !

I've heard the mags for those Beretta Series 70s are really expensive.

I've got it narrowed down:
Either a 1911, a Sig 228, a Stoger coach gun, a J frame carry revolver, a single six, a single 10 or a Henry .22 ........ for now.

Just picked up my new Henry .17 hmr Varminter. I was thinking a .17 hmr revolver but the ballistics don't look that good compared to the .22 wmr round out of the short barrel. Don't know what is next but a pistol caliber lever gun could be next but so could a Super Blackhawk with a 7.5" barrel. Whatever is next will probably be something that I already reload for.

Next gun will be a Mossberg 20ga pump, the version that has an 8-round capacity, pistol grip and collapsible stock. We have a 12ga that is a little much for the wife to shoot, so going with 20ga for less recoil.

.357 with a 4" barrel, maybe a smith and wesson or Ruger sp101 kit gun.
