So I'm in a bind...
I'm in a bind. I am going to buy another gun, but I don't know what I should get.
I'm stuck between either
a Kimber 1911
a Springfield 1911
or a M4 type rifle
I plan on having all three...eventually, but I'm stuck on what to get first.

With the supply and pricing that's out there right now, this is a pretty opportune time to get into an AR.

I'd go for the AR right now, and followup with the Springfield 1911 next.

5.56 or 7.62?

Definitely a rifle. Personally, I prefer 7.62 over 5.56. But that's just me.

I am completely 50/50 on the bore.
5.56 is a little cheaper, but I can use the 7.62 for hunting at longer ranges.
who knew buying a gun would be so hard on the consumers part?!?!

I'd go with the 5.56. Lower cost = more shooting.
