Let me know your opinions shooters. I'm gonna be getting on for a 9mm.

Yeah, let me know how that works out for you------
What gun do you WANT one for?

That sounds like a silencer to me lol.

Yeah I want a silencer too...the mythical device that will turn the blast of a 12 gauge into a "phhht" ala No Country For Old Men. When you find one, let me know!

Polygon 04-28-2012 11:49 PM

Yeah, you're talking about a suppressor. Don't expect it to do what a "silencer" does in the movies.

1. You need to find out if they're legal where you live.
2. What gun do you specifically want one for?

Sister Mary Elizabeth always kept us too scared to make any noise.

Sionics or advanced armament

If you want a weapon that makes next to no sound, you might want to try a knife. Or a baseball bat. Suppressed weapons are still loud as hell itself, but if you insist, try Silencerco. They make high quality ones in popular calibers and are stylin' too boot. But the cost as much as new gun, so I would save my money.

SUPPRESSED weapons are very quiet when using subsonic ammo

most factory loaded .45 acp are subsonic. the sound of the slide cycling is louder than the suppressed round itself.
