And would it be fair on my part to not ship the firearm until I receive said payment?

Yupp, its actually a slight risk on the buyer's side being that there is no contract in place....other than your account on this forum. I assume the admin has your name/info on file just in case but still they would need to document your full name and address as well as FFL where it ships to....and the seller needs it so they know who to make the money order out to as well as FFL. Fairly safe transaction on both sides in my opinion

OK, back to work now...good luck young Skywalker

Absolutly!!!!!!!
Carefull about agreeing to ship-
Must be sent to a FFL
FFL must be willing to receive from a non FFL
You can NOT mail a handgun USPS
UPS & Fedex have a policy that handguns must be overnighted- exspensive!

If you have to put a one day rush why does it take a week to receive a gun after it shipped

Get a Square card reader. Hell, even PayPal is doing this now. You get a card reader that connects to your phone and you can take credit cards securely.

Because as an individual, you have to ship overnight. However, it seems dealers can ship ground.
